P3 Charity in the West Midlands is seeking a Street Outreach Worker to support people experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, disabilities and multiple disadvantages. You will engage with individuals, build trust and help them access housing and support services.
You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, including one outreach shift per week from 9:00–13:00, with regular travel to Warwick and Stratford to reach those sleeping rough and connect them to housing options and services.
