We offer a wide range of services, including homelessness prevention, supported housing, mental health support, community advice, hoarding support and services for young people. We are a person-centred organisation who works alongside people to improve lives. We do this by strengthening communities, unlocking potential and creating new possibilities. We tackle challenges others won't and we go the extra mile. We believe in collaboration both within our teams and with the local community to achieve the best outcomes. Our values-driven approach means we recruit for values and train for skills.
The Role: We are looking for someone passionate about helping people improve their lives, build independence and move towards a brighter future. As a Support Worker, you will be a key part of delivering high quality, person centred support to people in our services and act as a reliable point of contact throughout their support journey. In this role, you will offer day to day support with budgeting, benefits, appointments and recovery focused activities, while responding confidently and appropriately to challenging situations. You will also play an important role in maintaining safe, well-managed accommodation. You will be part of a supportive team, contributing to high quality services that empower people to move towards independent living, improve their quality of life and feel more confident about the future.
