This is an exciting opportunity to join our Derbyshire Independent Living Service, supporting people across Chesterfield, Ripley and the surrounding areas. Working alongside the Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role, helping to deliver high-quality housing and community support services that genuinely transform lives.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, thrives on building strong teams and can balance operational oversight with a compassionate, person-centred approach. You'll lead and inspire Support Workers, oversee the quality and compliance of the service, manage referrals and case reviews, develop partnerships across Derbyshire and ensure the people we work alongside receive the very best support possible.
What we're looking for:
Experience of managing or coordinating services within housing, health, social care or support settings.
Experience of leading, motivating and developing staff. Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and support planning.
Strong organisational, communication and partnership-working skills. A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. A flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
