Join us as a Maintenance Operative and play a key role in improving the lives of people using P3 Charity's services by ensuring their homes are safe, high-quality and well-maintained. Working across our properties and development sites, you'll use your broad skillset in a supportive, community-focused environment.
What you'll do
- Carry out planned and responsive repairs in tenants' homes and on construction sites.
- Complete refurbishment works, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Undertake damp repairs and general property improvements.
- Fit kitchens and bathrooms.
- Carry out painting and decorating, plastering, landscaping and general building works.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with quality standards.
- Work independently and proactively while supporting the wider team.
