P3 is looking for a motivated Service Coordinator to help lead our accommodation related support service for people aged 25+ with housing related needs.
You'll work alongside the Service Manager to guide a dedicated team, deliver high quality, trauma informed support, and ensure people have the tools and confidence to build safer, more secure futures.
Overseeing our accommodation based services, including a 24-hour service, you will have a passion for people, and the service they receive.
Lead the support team and ensure every person has a key worker and meaningful support plans.
- Oversee safeguarding, risk assessments and compliance.
- Build strong partnerships with statutory, voluntary and housing agencies.
- Support tenancy sustainment and help prevent homelessness.
- Participate in the 24 hour on call rota.
Strong understanding of housing, social care and support needs.
- Excellent communication, organisation and partnership building skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
