We are looking for a Visiting Support Officer in Chatteris. In this role you will be the first point of contact for older adults, carers and families; offering clear information, practical help and joined-up support when it matters most. You will help people find the right services quickly and confidently, supporting them to stay independent, feel less isolated and improve their health and wellbeing. You'll listen, assess needs, coordinate referrals and connect people to community and statutory services, ensuring support is timely, respectful and tailored to the individual.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
