We are looking for an Older People's Advice and Navigation Worker to work across our services in East Cambridgeshire. In this role you will be the first point of contact for older adults, carers and families; offering clear information, practical help and joined-up support when it matters most.

You will help people access appropriate services, remain independent, reduce isolation, and improve health and wellbeing through a centralised 'hub' or single point of access. You'll listen, assess needs, coordinate referrals and connect people to community and statutory services, ensuring support is timely, respectful and tailored to the individual.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
