Hours per week: 41 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5:15pm and Friday 8am - 2:30pm

Work Base: Covering Wolverhampton

We are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in Wolverhampton, supporting people to move forward with safe, stable housing and greater independence. This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your property maintenance career while making a meaningful difference.

Reporting to and working closely with the Property Services Manager, you will play a key role in improving the lives of those accessing P3 Charity's services by ensuring their homes are safe, well-maintained, and of a high standard. Working across our properties and development sites, you will utilise your broad skillset within a supportive, community-focused environment, while also providing guidance and support to the wider maintenance team in Wolverhampton.
