Support Worker Role
We are seeking a Bank Support Worker who is committed to providing quality housing-related support for people living in medium-term supported accommodation. You will work alongside individuals, helping them to fulfill their potential, be part of their community, and feel connected to society.
Your responsibilities include encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assisting individuals in developing skills for independent living. You will collaborate closely with our partners across the county, adopting a multi-agency approach to achieve positive outcomes for those we serve.
Essential requirements for this role include excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of the issues faced by our service users. Full training will be provided, but you must be friendly, proactive, positive, approachable, and non-judgemental.
