The Role
We are seeking a professional and well-organised Administrator to support the smooth running of essential office functions.
This role includes managing telephone enquiries, processing referrals, coordinating correspondence, and welcoming visitors with efficiency and courtesy. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are key to ensuring information is handled accurately and shared appropriately.
Core duties involve preparing documents, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with meeting and travel arrangements. The Administrator will also support colleagues with general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, minute-taking, and information gathering.
A sound understanding of office software and electronic communication is essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
