We have an exciting opportunity in our North Warwickshire service for a Support Worker. In this role you will be supporting mothers with young children in an accommodation setting, helping them build stability, confidence, and the foundations for a brighter future. You’ll provide practical, person‑centred support that meets each resident exactly where they are. From developing essential life skills to maintaining tenancies and navigating key services. Alongside this, you’ll work with young people that use our services, offering tailored support that encourages independence and strengthens their engagement with education, employment, and housing opportunities.
