The Role

As a Support Worker you will work in our accommodation‑based services in Cheltenham, providing housing‑related support to people experiencing homelessness. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and help people develop skills for independent living. You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi‑agency approach to reach positive outcomes for people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing one‑to‑one support to clients, facilitating daily activities and promoting independence.
  • Maintaining accurate records on our internal IT system.
  • Coordinating with local agencies and services.
  • Encouraging and supporting health and wellbeing initiatives.
