- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexibility required)

Responsibilities
- Provide accommodation‑related support to adults experiencing homelessness.
- Act as a keyworker for residents of P3 accommodation and community members.
- Encourage positive lifestyles and assist individuals in developing skills for independent living.
- Work closely with partners across the county, adopting a multi‑agency approach to achieve positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records on the internal IT system, ensuring all paperwork is up to date.
- Make decisions focused on supporting people in achieving their personal goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to go above and beyond for people, with a can‑do, creative attitude.
