  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexibility required)
  • Location: Warwick District and Stratford‑upon‑Avon, UK

Responsibilities

  • Provide accommodation‑related support to adults experiencing homelessness.
  • Act as a keyworker for residents of P3 accommodation and community members.
  • Encourage positive lifestyles and assist individuals in developing skills for independent living.
  • Work closely with partners across the county, adopting a multi‑agency approach to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records on the internal IT system, ensuring all paperwork is up to date.
  • Make decisions focused on supporting people in achieving their personal goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for people, with a can‑do, creative attitude.
  • Subject to an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Services check (paid by P3).
  • Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a varied, dynamic environment.
