Overview

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for dedicated, positive people to join our Mental Health Accommodation Pathway in Cambridgeshire. Our service includes a large shared house with 10 rooms and 3 self-contained annexes, where our team provides 24/7 practical and emotional support to help residents build the confidence and skills they need to live independently.

Responsibilities

  • Be self-motivated, solution-focused, and dynamic; support people with mental health needs either on a one-to-one basis or in group settings.
  • Help individuals manage their finances, connect with social activities, access education and employment, and improve overall wellbeing.
  • Work as part of a wider accommodation pathway supporting over 100 people across the region; collaborate with mental health professionals to ensure tailored support.
  • Contribute to a service that offers varied settings and support levels across the pathway, with opportunities to grow and develop.
