An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant team of Support Workers. You will be working in our accommodation-based services in Nuneaton, providing housing related support to adults who are experiencing homelessness.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assisting individuals to develop skills for independent living.
  • Work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals.
  • Work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date.
  • Make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals and create positive outcomes.
  • Operate in our accommodation-based services in Nuneaton and provide housing related support to adults experiencing homelessness.
