P3 is seeking a strong and dynamic Service Manager to oversee our Warwickshire P3 Living Services across South Warwickshire. You will lead a team to drive positive change and make a difference within the lives of the individuals and communities we support. This role involves providing compassionate leadership, promoting P3βs values and behaviours, and ensuring the people we support are at the heart of service delivery.
At P3, we provide a range of accommodation and community-based services across Coventry and Warwickshire, offering housing, intensive and light touch support to people who are facing homelessness, multiple disadvantages and other accommodation-related challenges. Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Warwickshire P3 Living Services across South Warwickshire, driving positive change and outcomes for the people supported.
- Promote P3βs values and provide compassionate leadership to teams with care, kindness, and trauma-informed practices.
- Ensure the individuals we support are at the heart of service delivery and that services are delivered to a high standard.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration with the local community, and drive continuous improvement.
