An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant service in Northampton as a Senior Intensive Housing Management Worker. The Senior Intensive Housing Management Worker will provide housing‑related support to adults experiencing homelessness, acting as a keyworker and supporting individuals to develop skills for independent living. The role involves close collaboration with partners across the county, using a multi‑agency approach to achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to adults experiencing homelessness, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and developing independent living skills.
- Oversee housing aspects of the service, including monitoring vacancies, completing health and safety checks, and encouraging residents to pay their service charge.
- Use internal IT systems accurately to maintain up‑to‑date records and documentation.
- Make clear decisions focused on supporting individuals to achieve their goals and create positive outcomes.
