We are looking for a Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Rugby, Warwickshire. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, calm, and supportive environment overnight, ensuring young people feel secure, listened to, and cared for. This role is particularly suited to someone who understands the impact of trauma and can respond with empathy, consistency, and clear boundaries.

As a Night Support Worker, you will provide a consistent and reassuring presence throughout the night, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of young people in line with P3 policies and statutory guidance. You will respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or individuals in distress, while carrying out regular health, safety, and welfare checks. You will promote positive routines and respectful behaviour using a trauma-informed approach, and work collaboratively with colleagues, on-call managers, and external professionals to deliver the highest standard of care.
