You will provide housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness, act as a keyworker, promote healthy lifestyles and help individuals develop independent living skills.
This role is site-based with a 4-on/4-off rolling rota. The post includes a £1000 per annum disturbance allowance and requires an enhanced DBS check paid for by P3.
