We’re looking for a Night Support Worker to be a steady, supportive presence for young parents and their children during the overnight hours. You’ll provide hands-on support at our site, respond to emergency calls, and help coordinate safe accommodation when it’s needed most.
This role is all about being there when others can’t—assessing individual needs, offering reassurance in difficult moments, and making sure families have a safe place to turn to outside of regular hours. Every night is different, and your ability to think on your feet, stay composed, and genuinely care will mean the world to those relying on you.
