The Role

You’ll provide hands‑on support at our site, respond to emergency calls and help coordinate safe accommodation when it’s needed most. This role is all about being there when others can’t—assessing individual needs, offering reassurance in difficult moments, and making sure families have a safe place to turn to outside of regular hours. Every night is different, and your ability to think on your feet, stay composed and genuinely care will mean the world to those relying on you.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
