We are looking for dedicated and positive people to work with us in Cambridgeshire as part of our Mental Health Accommodation Pathway. Our service operates 24/7 and consists of 17 houses in Cambridge to provide practical and emotional support to the people who live in our services to help them build their confidence to live independently.
Our service is part of a wider accommodation pathway in which P3 delivers support to 109 people across Cambridgeshire. Referrals are made by mental health professionals and we work closely with them to ensure the people we support are successful in their journey with us. There are lots of opportunities to work in different environments across the pathway with people who have varying levels of need.
The successful candidate will be self motivated, solution focused, dynamic and have a genuine passion and commitment to working with people with mental health needs.

The Role
