Join us as a Maintenance Operative and help improve the lives of people using P3 Charity’s services by keeping their homes safe, comfortable and well-maintained. Working across Warwickshire, you’ll gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a supportive, community-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out weekly maintenance checks across our properties.
- Handle general repairs to buildings, fixtures, and fittings, both inside and out.
- Take on tasks such as painting and decorating, basic electrical and plumbing work, minor DIY and refurbishment tasks.
- Ensure our properties remain safe, functional and welcoming for all residents.
- Work closely with a variety of people, showing initiative and a proactive approach.

The Role
Hours: 41 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5:15pm and Friday, 8am to 2:30pm

What You’ll Need to Know
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence. Previous employment or experience in maintenance is essential.
