Hours per week: Casual, as and when required

Work Base: Site based

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with young people using a person-centred approach, allowing them to be involved and invested in their own support.
  • Work alongside other agencies to ensure young people receive appropriate support tailored to their needs.
  • Ensure all support plans and safety management plans are completed and up to date for the young people.
  • Manage rent accounts and hold weekly key work sessions.
  • Complete and monitor the health and safety of rooms and the building.
  • Show strong communication and listening skills, a friendly, proactive, positive, and approachable demeanor.
  • Understand trauma-informed approach and commit to P3’s values in the delivery of services.
