The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Hours per week: 30 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Friday to Monday, between the hours of 7:45am and 8:15pm

We are looking for a Support Worker who knows what it takes to support young people between the ages of 16 and 25 living in supported housing. You will be a 'Key Person' in making sure the people we work alongside are kept safe, gain independent living skills and feel happy and supported in their living environment. This role involves some lone working, but you will be very much part of a welcoming and enthusiastic team of Support Workers.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a “Key Person” to support young people aged 16–25 living in supported housing, helping them stay safe and gain independent living skills.
  • Ensure the individuals receive a high standard of care in a supportive living environment and work as part of a team of Support Workers.
  • Engage with residents to promote wellbeing, safety, and positive outcomes in line with service policies.
  • Contribute to safeguarding and reporting processes as required.
  • Work as part of a site-based team with occasional lone working where appropriate.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check required.
  • Ability to work flexibly within a Friday–Monday shift pattern.
