Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated individual to join our Family & Community Programme as a Lead Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver high-quality family support programmes that improve outcomes for children, young people, and their families. As the Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Family and Community Programme Manager to develop and deliver our Stay and Play programme, and other related family programme sessions that meet the needs of families who use our services. You will also work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure families receive the support they need to thrive.
