We are looking for a Bank Youth Support Worker who knows what it takes to support young people between the ages of 8 and 19 years. You will support the delivery of a dynamic and inclusive youth work programme at RPT Youth Club that responds to the needs of local children and young people. You will work as part of a team of passionate youth workers, fostering a welcoming environment that promotes wellbeing, skill‑building, and positive relationships, enabling young people to thrive socially, emotionally, and practically.
