Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Key Person to support young people aged 16‑25 living in semi‑independent 24‑hour accommodation, ensuring they are safe, gain independent living skills and feel happy and supported.
  • Deliver high‑quality direct support to individuals or a group, serving as the point of contact with referring agents and partnership agencies to ensure effective collaboration for individual support needs.
  • Work in conjunction with the team and the service manager to provide coordinated support services.
  • Make on‑the‑spot decisions and respond to challenging situations as they arise.
