Role Description

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for the coordination of support through yourself and other agencies. This involves using strength‑based support planning, detailed safety management plans, trauma‑informed care and psychologically informed approaches. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and help people to access services that they need. The role requires empathy and a practical approach in helping people sustain their tenancies and reach their full potential. Must hold a full UK driving licence. This post is subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
