Role Overview
As a Night Concierge Worker, you will be working at our accommodation site, helping to create a safe, welcoming environment for people experiencing homelessness and housing challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide support, security and reassurance to tenants during overnight shift.
- Conduct building checks and manage incidents.
- Maintain records and respond to emergencies when needed.
- Use internal IT systems to maintain records and communicate with wider teams.
- Complete training and tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding, equality and inclusion.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with support services in a similar environment (if available).
