Shift Pattern: Saturday and Sunday, 7:45 to 15:45

We’re looking for a caring and committed Support Worker who understands how to build trust, provide reassurance and help young people aged 16 to 18 feel safe and supported while living in supported housing. As a ‘Key Person’, you’ll play an important role in helping the young people we work alongside stay safe, develop independent living skills and feel confident, happy and valued in their home environment.

The role does involve some lone working, but you’ll also be part of a welcoming, enthusiastic team of Support Workers who are passionate about making a positive difference.
