P3 Charity is seeking a compassionate Visiting Support Officer to join our Older Persons Services team.
In this role you will visit older adults in their homes to support independence, safety, connection and wellbeing through practical help and emotional reassurance.
You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week, office-based with regular travel and a strong commitment to person-centred care, professionalism and reliable delivery of support with empathy.
