We are looking for an inspiring Head of Mental Health Services to lead and develop our mental health, crisis, safe haven, and mental health accommodation services across the north. This is a senior leadership position where you will hold responsibility for both operational excellence and strategic direction, ensuring every service is safe, effective, psychologically informed, trauma informed, and focused on recovery.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between organisational ambition and frontline delivery. You’ll work closely with leaders and teams to drive performance, embed best practice, and ensure services truly meet the needs of the people we support. Your influence will help shape a responsive, compassionate, and forward-thinking approach to mental health provision.
As part of our senior leadership community, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of services, working collaboratively with partners, commissioners, and stakeholders to respond to local demand and strengthen the wider system of care.
