P3 Charity is seeking an experienced Lead Worker to lead our Family & Community Programme, delivering the Stay and Play sessions that support families with children and young people. You will report to the Family & Community Programme Manager and play a key role in developing engaging, high-quality family services.
You will work with partner agencies to ensure families receive the support they need to thrive, with a focus on a strong, community-driven approach and a commitment to inclusion.
