We are currently looking for a Tenancy Support Worker to provide housing and tenancy related support to single individuals in Coventry. In addition to housing and tenancy related support, you will support people facing a range of challenges, including mental health concerns, budgeting and financial management, benefits, substance misuse and domestic abuse.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, person-centred and impartial support.
- Work closely with specialist services, making referrals and signposting where appropriate to ensure individuals receive the right help at the right time.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders.
- Understand housing and benefit systems and provide advice in these areas.
- Signpost people to the right services or agencies.
- Contribute to a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to complete tasks in time and within deadlines.
