We are looking for someone who will be able to support individuals experiencing homelessness, complex lifestyles, drug and alcohol misuse or criminal justice proceedings.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will develop a personalised, wrap around action plan that is drawn up in partnership with the person you are working alongside, providing intensive support in line with our organisational values and principles.

Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving licence.
