We’re now looking for compassionate, adaptable, and reliable Bank Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis, helping us deliver person-centred support when it’s needed most.
As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll be working directly with the people we support, helping them improve their quality of life, make informed decisions, and develop the skills they need to live more independently. We’re looking for people who are passionate about making a difference and who genuinely care about others. You don’t need to have loads of experience — what matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your ability to support people with compassion and respect. As this is a flexible, casual role, we ask that you’re adaptable and comfortable with a changing schedule, sometimes at short notice.
We have a variety of services across Warwickshire including 24 hour services, accommodation and community based support. Please note P3 reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the stated closing date.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. This post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
