The Role
If so, this role may be just what you are looking for. We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our IHM service in Gloucestershire. We are seeking an individual who is able to motivate a team, is flexible, has great communication skills and is capable of enhancing our already successful service delivery. As a Service Coordinator you will focus on managing a brilliant team of Support Workers in delivering the service to achieve positive outcomes for people we work alongside, in addition to developing strong positive partnerships with the local authority and other providers in the region. We are looking for someone who will embed our ethos and values into practice and support people to achieve their aspirations.
