DRW, a leading trading firm, seeks an Associate General Counsel to support its London trading businesses and treasury management. You will draft, review and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, GMRA, GMSLA and related master confirmations to enable efficient, compliant execution.
You will advise internal teams from initial discussions through execution and post‑execution support, lead negotiations with counterparties, and coordinate with external counsel and internal subject matter experts.
