About Us
Crypto.com Exchange is building the place where serious traders run their capital. The Exchange Growth team exists to scale the active trader base across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. We are moving at a pace most companies in the category can’t.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to own the top‑of the funnel end‑to‑end—the journey from first touchpoint through account creation: landing pages, intent‑matched entry points, and first‑visit‑to‑registration conversion. This is the front door of the entire growth engine. Whether growth scales profitably or collapses under CAC pressure is decided here, in the gap between intent and registration. Turn discovery and conversion into a compounding acquisition engine, not a marketing‑adjacent afterthought: intent matching, conversion quality, and channel economics that make every acquisition dollar work harder.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Own the discovery and landing layer. Landing page architecture, intent‑matched entry points, deeplink strategy, and content‑to‑product bridges are yours. You capture traders at the moment of intent and decide what ships.
- Match the experience to intent. Design landing experiences off real intent signals—search queries, referral sources, market conditions, asset interest—so the right value proposition lands the instant a trader arrives.
- Build a scalable landing‑page system. Own parameterized templates that let the team spin up intent‑matched pages for new trading pairs, market events, competitive moments, and campaigns—fast, without re‑engineering.
- Own first‑visit‑to‑account‑creation conversion. Hold primary accountability for visitor‑to‑registration rate, cost‑per‑registration, and registration quality. Nothing in this funnel ships without your sign‑off.
- Run a rigorous top‑of‑funnel experimentation program. Test value props, layouts, form design, social proof, urgency mechanics, and friction reductions—managing peeking bias, sample‑ratio mismatch, and novelty effects yourself.
- Optimize for quality, not vanity volume. Measure downstream KYC completion, funding, and first‑trade conversion of registered cohorts so you never optimize for low‑intent sign‑ups.
- Own acquisition channel economics. Build multi‑touch attribution, incrementality measurement, and channel economics models—blended and marginal CAC, LTV‑to‑CAC by cohort, payback period—and shift investment toward channels that produce high‑LTV traders.
- Partner with marketing, partnerships, and brand to align their spend with the experiences you build.
- Operate AI‑native. Use agentic AI tools as core to your daily workflow and integrate AI into the product—dynamic landing‑page personalization, AI‑driven intent matching—where it creates genuine user value.
Requirements
- Owned a top‑of‑funnel or conversion funnel end‑to‑end. Point to the funnel you owned, the drop‑off you identified, the intervention you built, and the conversion number that moved.
- Operate at high‑growth pace. 6–8+ years in Product Management at a high‑growth technology company—crypto exchange, fintech, neo‑bank, or multi‑asset broker is ideal but not mandatory—where you personally owned conversion optimization, landing/acquisition experiences, or growth instrumentation.
- Think in channel economics. Model blended and marginal CAC, LTV‑to‑CAC, and payback, and understand multi‑touch attribution and incrementality well enough to redirect real budget on the evidence.
- Own your own data. Write SQL for funnel and cohort analysis, design an event taxonomy from scratch, and live in Mixpanel/Amplitude/Segment/GA4. Size the opportunity and prioritise without waiting for someone to hand you the analysis.
- Run experiments that hold up. Design statistically valid A/B tests and manage peeking bias, sample‑ratio mismatch, and novelty effects—on Optimizely/VWO/LaunchDarkly/Statsig or equivalent—and understand how SCA/GDPR/ePrivacy shape tracking consent.
- Have UX instinct. Spot a conversion‑degrading problem from a session recording and produce a testable hypothesis within hours, with a sharp eye for information hierarchy, trust signals, CTA design, and landing‑to‑sign‑up flow across web and mobile.
Preferred
- AI‑native execution at the frontier—demonstrable, human‑in‑the‑loop use of agentic AI tools to measurably compress the discovery‑to‑delivery lifecycle. We treat this as core, not a nice‑to‑have.
- Performance‑marketing fluency—you partnered closely with paid/organic acquisition and can speak the language of channel teams.
Why This Role
- Direct revenue impact. Own the front door. Every trader the company acquires comes through the system you build.
- Frontier of the space. Profitable crypto acquisition at scale is unsolved. You won’t maintain a mature product—you’ll build the playbook.
- Real ownership. Own the funnel, the spend logic, and the call. No layers, no politics, no waiting for permission.
- High‑caliber team. A cross‑functional Growth team of PMs, engineers, data scientists, and designers.
- Path to scope. Start with discovery and conversion; grow into the full trader lifecycle as you prove it out.
Benefits
- Competitive salary
- Medical insurance package with extended coverage to dependents
- Attractive annual leave entitlement including birthday and work anniversary
- Work flexibility adoption—flexi‑work hour and hybrid or remote set‑up
- Internal mobility program offering diverse career alternatives
- Crypto.com visa card provided upon joining
