What you’ll do:
- Own and run the EMEA new hire and transfer onboarding process.
- Conduct first day orientation, benefits introductions and help make the best first impression on behalf of the company.
- First point of contact for all new hires, graduates, interns and employee transfers on HR queries, helping with Workday and benefit enrolments.
- Partner with the People Operations teams and Managers to share feedback which will enhance operational processes.
- Responsible for the employee lifecycle operational processes such as onboarding, end of probations, performance reviews, exits (new employer notifications, end of garden leave and non-compete payments).
- Troubleshooting any issues and making needed corrections.
- Execute organisational change requests in Workday, such as Greenhouse and Workday integrations, transfers, promotions, new organisations and job profiles.
- Manage employment verification process, such as creating ad-hoc verifications when required.
- Partner with the Payroll team on monthly payroll processing for the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy whilst maintaining compliance with local tax regulations and employment laws.
- Create and maintain benefit information sources and employee communications.
- Proactively identify gaps while working with the global team to make improvements allowing for efficient benefits delivery.
- Maintain benefits data and provide updates to payroll and brokers, with a focus on data integrity.
- Manage external vendor relationships to make sure they understand our specific needs.
- Support talent development projects and assist with training program coordination.
- Other duties as assigned or needed.
Skills you’ll need:
- 2+ years People operations experience with broad HR operations exposure.
- Proven experience partnering with wider functions such as Talent Development and Recruiting.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and tailor messaging to varied audience.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday or other major HRIS platforms; comfortable with data and reporting.
- High discretion and integrity in handling confidential matters.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to manage ambiguity.
- A healthy sense of humour and enthusiasm for working in a high-performing HR team.
