University Talent Acquisition Specialist in London

As a University Talent Acquisition Specialist , you’ll manage full life cycle university recruitment processes including: developing position descriptions, creating and managing job postings, reviewing CVs, managing interview processes and candidate communication, structuring and extending offers of employment, and other on-boarding activities.

What you’ll do in this role:

• Identify and implement creative, impactful and cost-effective ideas for reaching university students and making an impact on campuses across the globe
• Represent DRW on campus, ensuring that we are constantly marketing opportunities in a robust and effective manner
• Partner with internal stakeholders to create and execute the appropriate interviewing, offer generating and closing strategies
• Provide direction & oversight and partner with Recruiting Coordinator regarding job postings, interview scheduling, interview feedback collection, onboarding activities, etc.
• Track all interview and candidate activity and configure jobs and interview processes in our applicant tracking system
• Support in the design and execution of the internship program, ensuring a best-in-class experience that drives conversion to full-time roles

You will be right at home if you:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a technology-driven industry
• Are willing to travel extensively to core schools during peak university recruiting cycles
• Have excellent organisation skills and a meticulous attention to detail
• Have a strong initiative and sense of urgency, as well as proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Have a strong customer support orientation
