Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Product Manager to lead the development and execution of Bullish’s tokenization strategy. You will define the end-to-end lifecycle for tokenized securities—including money market funds (MMF), equities, and real-world assets (RWA)—leveraging blockchain rails to enhance efficiency and liquidity. This role focuses on bridging traditional market infrastructure with the digital asset space, coordinating with exchange executives, regulators, and technical teams to deliver institutional-grade solutions. You will drive the product strategy for issuance, trading, and settlement, ensuring all products meet strict regulatory standards across global jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the end-to-end product vision for tokenized offerings, including asset lifecycle management (issuance to secondary trading) and core platform operations.
  • Specify requirements for operator interfaces and APIs to streamline essential asset operations (e.g., issuance, burning, pausing) and manage configurable multi-organizational approval workflows.
  • Manage the automation of corporate actions via smart contracts, including dividends, stock splits, proxy voting, and revaluation.
  • Manage the overall product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Secure buy-in for the product vision from internal executives and key external partners.
  • Develop use-cases, product requirements and prototypes, working closely with Engineering.
  • Support Marketing with the creation of customer focused messaging and content (e.g. product awareness/launch).
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure the technical reliability, scalability, and regulatory alignment of our tokenization offering.
  • Architect strategies for making tokenized assets composable within DeFi.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of the global tokenization landscape and competitive dynamics to identify innovative product advantages.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Experience: 5+ years in product management within financial services, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain, tokenization, or digital assets.
  • Blockchain Knowledge: Strong command of token standards (ERC-20, Token 2022), smart contract patterns, and compliance-aware protocols with embedded transfer restrictions.
  • AI/LLM Proficiency: You don’t just read about AI; you use it. You have a functional understanding of how LLMs work and a vision for how they apply to supercharge your work.
  • Communication: Outstanding skills for conveying complex technical and regulatory concepts to C-suite stakeholders and diverse audiences.

Extra Points

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, real-world asset (RWA) tokenization and digital securities issuance.
  • You bring a problem solving mindset to the table at all times! No problem is too big.
  • A passion for staying updated on the latest trends in digital assets and AI.
