Responsibilities

  • Redesign the mobile web app by gathering customer insights, wireframing new flows, and implementing them in our design system.
  • Build flexible, composable components in the design system that enable other engineers to create custom autocompletes with filters and record‑creation capabilities.
  • Help other engineers improve design information hierarchy and scannability for candidate assessments.
  • Collaborate on product specifications, write technical and product specs, and implement end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Own projects from research through final implementation, ensuring clear communication with product managers and designers.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with TypeScript, React, GraphQL API, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
  • Experience building and extending design systems or component libraries.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with cross–functional teams.
  • Passion for learning fast and handling ambiguous problems.
