We are looking for a Deputy Head of University Talent Acquisition to lead and grow our university recruiting efforts across EMEA and APAC as we identify, interview, and hire graduates and interns. This role partners closely with our Head of University Talent Acquisition to design and execute strategies that reach high-caliber students across key universities and markets. The ideal candidate will bring a global mindset, strong regional expertise, and a passion for building programs that reflect our culture of innovation, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to challenge consensus.
What you’ll do in this role:
- Lead and mentor a team of university recruiters, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Partner with the Head of University Talent Acquisition to design and execute our university recruiting strategy
- Champion a quality-first approach to recruitment, ensuring we target, assess, and hire the strongest talent from top universities
- Use data and market insights to evaluate recruiting processes and programs, identify improvements, and develop new initiatives
- Manage the full life cycle of university recruitment, including resume reviews, interview management, and offer execution
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create and implement effective interviewing, offer generation, and closing strategies
- Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing enhancement of intern programs across EMEA and APAC, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver a high-quality experience for interns and hiring teams
- Represent the firm at campus events and on-site programs
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitor hiring trends and the evolving university recruiting landscape
You will be right at home if you:
- Have 8+ years in university recruiting experience, including leadership experience, ideally within competitive industries such as finance, technology, or consulting
- Have experience managing or supporting university recruiting across EMEA and/or APAC markets
- Have experience planning, managing, and executing intern programs, including onboarding, programming, stakeholder coordination, and intern experience initiatives
- Possess a proven track record of engaging and hiring top talent from leading universities
- Understand regional differences in campus recruiting, candidate engagement, hiring timelines, and graduate talent programs
- Have strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Are comfortable partnering with stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and time zones
- Are willing to travel during key recruiting seasons across EMEA and APAC, as needed
- Demonstrate strong initiative and a sense of urgency, with proven success working in fast-paced environments
- Bring curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to challenge consensus in pursuit of better outcomes
- Have a Bachelor’s degree
