Responsibilities:
- Own and drive a data-driven marketing function, using KPIs such as budget, lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and pipeline performance to inform decision-making and optimize results.
- Lead the company's SEO and AI visibility strategy, ensuring strong organic performance while effectively evaluating and managing the quality of work delivered by internal teams and external agencies.
- Develop and execute B2B PR and positioning initiatives, crafting compelling market narratives and implementing flywheel-based growth strategies to strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Take full ownership of the marketing function, including team leadership, budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization to maximize business impact.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team, setting clear goals, tracking performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and revenue growth.
You have:
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, technology, or other high-growth industries.
- Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market and demand generation strategies that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including performance marketing, content, brand, product marketing, PR, and lifecycle marketing.
- A strong track record of partnering with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Experience owning the full marketing lifecycle, from strategy and planning to execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to scale marketing programs in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments while delivering measurable business impact.
