We're looking for a QHSE Advisor who is ready to make safety practical, visible and meaningful across a fast-moving telecoms environment. Mitie Telecoms is looking for a proactive QHSE Advisor to support safe, compliant and high-quality delivery across our telecoms projects. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with operational teams, managers, clients and contractors to promote best practice, reduce risk and help embed a positive safety culture. You will be joining a supportive, safety-led business where your voice will matter and your work will make a real impact. Role Responsibilities Providing practical QHSE advice and support to operational teams across telecoms projects. Carrying out site inspections, audits, risk assessments and assurance activities. Supporting incident and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and improvement actions. Promoting LiveSafe behaviours and helping build a positive, proactive safety culture. Supporting compliance with legislation, company procedures, client requirements and industry standards. Required Qualifications Experience in a QHSE role, ideally within telecoms, construction, infrastructure, utilities, facilities management or another multi-site environment. A recognised QHSE qualification, such as NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent. Knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, safe working practices and compliance. Strong communication skills, with the confidence to coach, influence and engage others. Good IT skills, including Word and Excel. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required.
