My client is a well-established and growing CRM provider, helping businesses globally modernise their sales, marketing, and customer management processes. They are now looking to hire ambitious, high-energy Account Executives who are ready to take the next step in a structured, consultative SaaS environment.

This is an ideal role for an Account Executive with 1–3 years of closing experience who is hungry to learn, develop, and build a long-term career in SaaS sales. You’ll be selling into mid-market organisations, many of whom are still managing customer data via spreadsheets and guiding them through the journey to a modern, scalable CRM solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
  • Engage mid-market organisations and identify opportunities to modernise their CRM processes
  • Run structured discovery calls to uncover business challenges and demonstrate value
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to client needs
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline to consistently meet quarterly targets
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes and build strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools
  • Continuously refine your sales approach, metrics, and performance
