We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and personable Junior Account Manager & Client Operations Specialist to support the delivery and growth of client partnerships across the sports and entertainment landscape. This role blends account management, client servicing, operational coordination, and event/talent support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Account Management
    • Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients, building strong professional relationships.
    • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and communications to ensure campaigns and partnerships run smoothly.
    • Prepare client-facing materials including reports, presentations, case studies, and one-pagers.
    • Support senior team members in strategic planning and account growth initiatives.
  • Sports & Industry Knowledge
    • Must have a broad knowledge of global sports, particularly tennis, golf, cricket, Formula 1, football, and esports.
    • Demonstrate strong understanding of the commercial and media landscape within sport (or a willingness to learn), including sponsorship, rights holders, broadcasters, and digital platforms.
  • Operations & Organisation
    • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Coordinate logistics for meetings, campaigns, shoots, and events.
    • Be available to travel regularly and work occasional irregular hours when required.
  • Research & Insight
    • Conduct online research to gather relevant insights ahead of meetings, presentations, and client deliverables.
    • Interpret media-related data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Creative & Production Support
    • Assist with the creation of presentations and marketing materials using tools such as Adobe or equivalent platforms.
    • Support event production and management, either through prior experience or strong interest in this area.
    • Develop and implement social media plans for talent and brand ambassadors that align with campaign objectives and production schedules.
  • Talent & Relationship Management
    • Coordinate communications and logistics with talent, agents, and key stakeholders.
    • Ensure talent deliverables, schedules, and content outputs are met.
  • Networking & Representation
    • Represent the company professionally at events, meetings, and industry functions.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and industry contacts.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in account management, client services, partnerships, or related role.
  • (Very) strong written and verbal communication skills, with a key focus on social media.
  • High level of organisation and time management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in presentation and reporting tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Confidence working directly with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.

Preferred / Advantageous

  • Experience working in sports, media, marketing, events, or talent management environments.
  • Understanding of basic budgeting, invoicing, or campaign financial tracking.
  • Experience using CRM, project management, or workflow platforms (e.g. Monday, Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of content production processes (shoot days, editing workflows, approvals).
  • Basic knowledge of sponsorship measurement or ROI evaluation.
