At P11, we specialize in delivering groundbreaking sports advertising campaigns that captivate audiences and elevate brands. Our team is driven by a passion for sports, creativity, and cutting-edge content. We are seeking a talented and dynamic 3D Motion Graphics Designer to join our production studio to bring compelling and exciting designs to life through motion graphics.

The core work will be to develop adverts for perimeter boards for the top football leagues worldwide. You will also create graphics for major live sports events such as tennis, boxing and snooker. Additionally, you will design social media content for upcoming campaigns and partnerships, and assist other departments with creating 3D assets, motion graphics and imagery for projects and sales material.

You should also be a dynamic individual who can work in other industry sectors to produce amazing moving visuals, engaging website assets and social media content. You will have the skill to 3D model products and basic environments, 3D rotoscope and use motion tracking, as well as create brand specific graphics such as logos, banners and content for decks.

Requirements

  • Essential software skills: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Bonus if you have experience with: Element 3D, Other 3D software packages such as Cinema 4D

The successful candidate should be/have:

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
  • A strong eye for composition and design, with excellent editing skills and a passion for motion graphics.
  • Able to collaborate with other creative departments to brainstorm, develop, and execute design concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Solid understanding of 3D modelling, animation, rotoscoping, motion tracking and rendering techniques.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, 3D animation, and motion graphics techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise whilst working on multiple projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Able to react positively to feedback from clients and stakeholders.
