We are working on some of the UK’s most iconic commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. As we expand our high-performing technical design team, we are seeking a Rainscreen Cladding Designer with the creativity, precision, and ambition to contribute to landmark projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce fully detailed rainscreen cladding design drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Develop fabrication and installation drawings in coordination with structural and architectural teams.
  • Solve complex detailing challenges involving insulation, weatherproofing, thermal breaks, and interface junctions.
  • Work closely with project managers, façade consultants, and main contractors on design coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with CWCT, NHBC, and relevant British Standards.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in rainscreen cladding or façade design.
  • Strong CAD skills essential; Revit or 3D modelling advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of aluminium systems, subframes, fire stopping, and wind load performance.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings with strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
